Hey girlies!! Just a reminder that if you aren’t able to get to the gym for a prolonged period of time, DO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT! I used to freak out whenever I missed a session but over time I learnt more and more about how the body works. Your muscle doesn’t just disappear after a week off the gym. Even if you have a month of the gym and you begin to lose muscle it’s easier than you think to get back. Once you return to your regular diet and training your body bounces back incredibly quickly. So don’t stress yourselves and get too obsessed with working out! 💛💛
