‼️SIXPACK WORKOUT‼️ Usually, like every other muscle group, I try to hit abs TWICE a week. I try to add weighted exercises to both session. Abs are muscles and they can grow by putting some resistance on ‘em!! 1️⃣: Barbell Leg Raises (3x12 reps) 2️⃣: Hanging Knee Raises (3x12) 3️⃣: BOSU Planks (3x60-90 sec) • 1️⃣: slightly lift your scapula from the ground, keep your legs straight & shoot them up by lifting your butt from the ground 2️⃣: bring the knees to your chest, all the way!!! 3️⃣: keep firm, straight position, flex the core and breath slowly! • Hope you like this one!! #fazeup #fitness #six#sixpackout #sixpack #ab<#abs #ab #abworkout #fitboy #fitnessexercise #abexercise

Lat Pulldowns: great exercise for the lats! If you’re looking for more width, this is definitely an exercise you should implement in your routine. A common mistake is pulling the bar towards the abdominal section instead of the upper chest. The movement is led by the elbows, this will give you the best connection. I also recommend doing a MEDIUM grip, approx. shoulder width!

‼️DEADLIFTS‼️ • One of the hardest exercises to perform. One of the most dangerous ones too if you’re doing it wrong! Here are 3 mistakes that I see very often!! 1️⃣ A ROUNDED BACK. Big no go, this will give you a one way ticket to SNAP CITY. Not fun. 2️⃣ NECK POSITION. Your neck should always be aligned with your spine. Throwing your head back like that will lead to neck & back problems! 3️⃣ SHRUGGING. Not as dangerous as the previous too but shrugging defeats the purpose of the exercise. It only differs about 5kg’s🤷🏻‍♂️ Seriously tho, im in the middle of this bulk phase and while I feel MUCH stronger, its sometimes hard to see pics like these out of shape😂. Pic on the right im about 67kg’s (147lbs ish) and this would be right aroud my maintaining weight if I wanted to be lean. Obviously my goal this bulk is to become way stronger and add these gains one more time before I lean down again and stay lean / fit / in shape.
