i am master at wearing gym clothes as normal clothes. @alphalete makes it really easy with the best athletic and athleisure wear evvvver. high quality, fire colours, soft fabrics.... i am continuously impressed and proud as hell to be an alphalete athlete. i am wearing the collective open back top here in xs and the NEWW SEXY CAMO SURFACE LEGGINGS in small. i am in love. i will be posting my try on haul next week!

another leg daaayy👇🏼 @joey.fuca injured his back so we kept it super simple this day with only 3 movements that involve no pressure on the spine. we did 10 SETS OF 10 REPS of each exercise! inspo: german volume training. go lighter than normal with this as you are doing 10 sets of the same exercise. 1️⃣ 3 sets of seated hamstring curls superset with 20 walking lunges to warm up 2️⃣ 10x10 leg press 3️⃣ 10x10 lying hamstring curl (joey did seated to protect his back) 4️⃣ 10x10 leg extensions - video shows the fit fix leg extension but after 2 sets we switched to the pressurized leg extension. doesn't matter which one you use! @alphalete halo leggings (small) and vault bra (xs) 👀 still in stock!!

every saturday is LEGG DAYYY 🤪 full workout below! 1️⃣ superset a. hack squat 12, 10, 8, 6, 6+dropset increase the weight you use each set. on the last set drop the weight twice and get to 20 reps in total. b. we superset this with 20 bodyweight walking lunges 2️⃣ tri-def (3 moves back to back with no rest until 3rd exercise is done) a. heavy leg press 4x12 try to increase the weight each set b. standing 1 leg hamstring curl 4x10 per leg. c. bodyweight walking lunges x20 you should be dead by now🥵 3️⃣ DB lunge dropset 4x30 per leg. pick 3 weights (I chose 40, 25, 20). start with the heaviest weight and do 10 reps, then immediately drop to the medium weight and do 10 reps, then drop again to the lightest weight and do the last 10 reps. try not to take the pressure off your working leg between sets (as you see me do here when i reach for my lightest weight). 4️⃣ thanks to @bethgreco for this superset 3 sets 10-15 of each a. cable glute kickbacks (not filmed) b. cable squat to deadlift. we put plates under our heels so that we are pushing through our heels and using our glutes more! we did banded side steps between each movement. so we had 0 REST for all 3 sets!
