It’s a NONA life... that’s how we roll... As part of our NY’s party we organise a ‘Secret Santa’, ie you pull a colleague’s name out of a hat and you buy a gift for them as a surprise. Omar used to play football, and 9 was his number, so Odille made him a special jersey... #itsanonalife

5 cheeses pizza with a matching ‘Noir de Dottignies’ beer from @brouwerijderanke. A match made in heaven! Though the beer is named ‘black’ beer, in our humble opinion it is more of a dark brown beer, rather that a typical ‘stout’. It has a very deep rich flavour, complimenting the complexity of the 5 cheeses on the pizza... Come and try them out for yourself, or eat your heart out... #itsanonalife

Today (Thursday Jan 30th) we are closed the entire day (in both restaurants) to celebrate the New Year with the NONA team, and to thank our wonderful staff for all their hard work. We will be open as normal again in both restaurants tomorrow Friday 31st. #itsanonalife

Looks like eye-candy, tastes like Mother Earth... Our special of the week in NONA downtown has a base of organic leek, topped w fior di latte and gorgonzola, oven-roasted fennel sausage, and finished off with colourful and earthy fresh chioggia beetroot, cause its winter of course... on the menu till you’ve eaten it all (obviously we can order more as Dries has plenty)... #itsanonalife

Fresh ‘Eryngii’ mushrooms from “Le champignon de Bruxelles”, a Brussels based producer of Japanese mushrooms. The mushrooms are grown on the waste from beer production. We marinate the exquisite mushrooms in a mixture of organic cold pressed olive oil and lemon juice, and put them on our ‘Funghilicious’ pizza... #itsanonalife
