So delighted to see my image on the cover of @hellobali.id magazine’s Island Issue! Also excited to have been interviewed for a feature in the magazine about being a photographer, my travels to Gili Meno and my time spent shooting the barefoot luxe Robinson House by @theislandhouses One thing that always draws me back to Bali, Lombok & The Gilis is the wonderful hospitality of the Indonesian people! If you like an off the grid holiday, snorkelling on beautiful reefs, swimming with turtles and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean...then this is your place! 🌴☀️💙
Just said farewell to this group of beautiful friends after spending 4 days together in Byron Bay. Although we don’t see each other all the time in day to day life, these friendships play such a significant role in my life by celebrating our shared childhood memories and providing a sense of life-long connection. Honest, caring and sometimes raw conversations are always balanced out with fun, dancing, silliness and lots of laughter. Thanks for the great times this weekend Lonsdale chicks, how lucky I am to call each of you a friend! 🙏🏼🌴☀️🍺
Easter holidays are coming to an end today but wow, what a great couple of weeks we’ve had at home here on the coast! Plenty of beach time, catch ups with friends, cold ocean swims, delicious dinners, walks on the beach, Easter hunts and family time. Got the giggles with Louis’ seaweed hair in that last shot 📸 Very special holiday! ⭐️
We had just one more evening in Melbourne last night celebrating Jase’s 50th. I bought him tickets to see @davidgray for his birthday and it was a perfect evening. A beautiful balmy night, including a quick stop at sunset to the place we got married in Port Melbourne. We haven’t been back there in 12 years so it was fun to remember walking down the isle to ‘January Rain’ (a David Gray song) so many years ago! Then onto the Palais for an amazing night of music 🎵 with David Gray.
And babe, it still “feels like lightning ⚡️ running through my veins, every time I look at you" 🎶 💕
Have had a lovely couple of days decorating the Easter Cross, remembering the times mum did it in the past, on our old back deck in Lonnie. While picking out the flowers and putting it together I pictured my sisters and mum there with me. I was thinking the cross was looking a bit wild...and then in my mind I heard Mum say “That’s ok Nikki, us Ramsay girls are a bit wild, so it’s perfect!” 😂😂 Was great to go to Pt Lonsdale this morning, sit in the sun with the kids, take a moment to remember mum & dad and all the good family times we used to share over Easter...then deliver the cross to St James church. A special morning. Happy Easter to you! I hope you are having lots of lovely family time over the break this Easter 🐰💕🌸
