P I C N I C : apartment style This is a super accurate representation of my nourish bowl if I’m having lunch at home. Usually I’m rushing around and trying to whip a meal together before Fox has the chance to... 1. Eat the carpet 2. Try to LICK Abby’s tongue (I know YUCK) 3. Poke himself in the eye 4. All of the above On sundays I try to prep a bunch of roasted sweet potato to use throughout the week and then I just mix up my source of protein depending on time and craving. Today was a large 180g tin of tuna cause mummas always hungry!
