For all rows, (in general) think more I about moving your elbow back instead of your hang. This will give the hand to follow the proper range of motion. Also, the unicorn curls are difficult. Start with a very low weight and try to isolate the neck as much as you can. An easy way to do this is to contract your abs before starting and maintaining that hold for the duration of the set.
