y’all have no clue how happy I am to be back on this account 🥰🥰 everything around here has been a bit hectic lately so I’ve been in a food slump :/ sometimes it’s easier to stick to what you can make quickly because it saves time and effort. Today’s breakfast reminded me how fun it is to try new things and mess around in the kitchen. We have an English muffin topped with avocado, spinach, salsa, and a soft boiled eggggg 🤤🤤🤤Side note, some of y’all have sent me recipe requests and I really wanna try those!! I’m gonna make it a point to get to them sometime next weekend!!
