Did you know it is #ant#antibullyingweek And did you know that is grinning moron, used to be a miserable one? . I was called fat. I was called ugly. I was called weird. I have been probably every name you can think of. I used to hide away in the library and toilets at lunch times. I feared walking home. . I hated school. The irony that I am now a teacher. . However these things shaped me into the person I am today. I became resilient. I decided not to have people in my life who brought negativity energy. As difficult as it can be at times, the best thing to do is to talk about it and rise above it. As like I say over and over again - life is so precious and short. So don’t feel like you should bottle it up. People will listen, people will care. . Don’t ever let anyone dull your sparkle. Because you are wonderful the way you are. . . . . . . . . . . . . #yogaeverydamnday #manchesterblogger #yogamanchester #londonyoga #yogauk #yogaphotography #manchesterfitness #yogabody #yogagirl #instafit #fitnessgirl #yogalife #fitnessfun #yogajourney #ukblogger #antibullying #bloggerlife #blo#bloggersofinstagram #fitnessmodel #fitnessjourney #yogaphotoshoot #discoverunder10k #discoverunder5k #yogaoutside #bloggersofinstagram #fitnessfam

Hey guys hope you’re all enjoying your journey to achieving your highest potential. I have a story to share with you all; I had a client who wanted to lose weight. He had been trying for a while and nothing was happening so when he began training with me I had him on my special regime and got him on a calorie deficit. However because of his desperation to lose weight he reduced his calories to more than half of what your daily intake should be and I was unaware of this. Due to this he was very low on energy all the time and never really performed well in the gym so he remained the same. This went on for a while, when I eventually found out what was happening I had to sit him down and explained what he was doing was wrong. This method was not giving his body the essential nutrients he would need for healing and his immune system. This was most definitely not sustainable and he would eventually give up and go back to square one where he began. So when he took my method he began losing weight in a healthy reduced way and his performance increased in the gym which made him really happy. This made me feel great because I had an individual in front of me who had been trying for a long time and now finally he was achieving his goals. If you want to achieve your fitness goals then you can work with me by following the link in the bio ➡️ @sohaib_sarwar

IMPOSTER SYNDROME🧐 - I’ve been waiting for the right time to talk about this. I’m not the one to just post for the sake of posting🤳🏼 I was wondering when that significant moment would be when I first cracked in Uni as it’s been a frequent topic that pops up whenever me and @jakvav21 have a chat. Well today was the day!! I cried (I’m an uncontrollable crier. Once it starts it doesn’t stop😂🤦🏻‍♀️) I volunteered myself for a mock oral/practical examination in front of all my peers because I wanted to test myself under pressure... I knew the majority of my stuff but being put on the spot is and will never be my comfort zone. Mine brain was farting more than you could count🧠💨 Being able to connect my mouth with my brain is a skill I’m still working on. - Long story short I did well, I will learn from it and everyone was so nice and reassuring (and I probably made my poor tutor feel bad cause no one wants to see a person cry!) but you can’t help your own frustrations get the better of you. I have been through uni and other courses before, numerous examinations and presentations, interviews, competitions anything that you could call stressful and even now at 29 I still get worried. I know there are people the same as me where you set such high expectations because you want something so much that you critique too harshly. You want to be perfect. You feel like people will look at you as if you’re an imposter and have no knowledge. Also changing careers, to me at my point in my life, is huge. A game changer. Going into a highly intellectual field that let’s face it I sucked at Science in school🧬 - My point is is to give yourself some credit and trust your own ability...but not to the point that you stop learning and developing💡 - On that note TGIF and enjoy the weekend!🙌 - #TGIF #ImposterSyndrome #NobodyIsPerfect
