It’s hard 96% of the time for me 😓
For some reason people assume that it’s really easy for me to stay focused, eat good and go to the gym.
For someone that really loves chocolate, burgers and to watch netflix or youtube while doing nothing, I find it also hard to stick to my diet and follow my training program.
It’s hard but I’m doing it anyway and I’m enjoying the process.
There’s nothing more fulfilling than letting that last breath go when you finish a workout you didn’t even want to start but at the end of it you can’t believe you almost missed it.
That proud moment of you saying no to a piece of cake that you’d probably enjoy eating and regret 5 minutes after you’re done.
I fall, but I also get back up and move on.
It’s okay to struggle if you are not giving up.
I’m doing this for me, not for anybody else.
Do it for yourself and remember that it’s for YOU. 🥰
