The "Divine fruit," protects the body from free radicals, which is responsible for premature aging and cell death. #Bananas🍌a rich source of potassium, a mineral, an electrolyte needed to support the body's acid/base (pH) level, moves nutrients in the cells. #Raspberries🍇, a great source of fiber and filled with antioxidants. A water soluble nutrient. Almond milk.
