😍💪⚡Alicia shares her #thehealthymummy 28 Day Weightloss Challenge results!! "30+ kgs lost, from a size 16 to an 8-10 and well over 100cms lost. Infact in the last month I have lost another 20cms and 2 kgs.
I have stopped recently looking at the scales as much and have focused a lot on building strength 💪 and working with heavier weights. I follow healthy mummy as a vegan and am so excited with the new filters in the challenge app, as is my husband who is also vegan. I have been so busy and so unwell lately I have forgotten about myself but am thrilled to be back on track. I am having urgent surgery next week and I can't wait to recover as it's set to help me finally live a pain free life" #thm#results#journey#28daychallenge

2 Ingredient Home-made Naan Bread!!!
1/2 cup self raising flour plus extra for kneading
1/2 cup Greek or natural yoghurt
1 tsp garlic powder or dried mixed herbs
cooking oil spray
Combine the flour, yoghurt and garlic in a large bowl and bring together with your hands.
On a floured surface, knead the dough for around 5 minutes until it feels stretchy. Add a little more flour if it seems too wet.
Divide the dough into 4 and use a floured rolling pin to roll each ball of dough out into a circle around 20cm in diameter.
Heat a frying pan over medium high and spray with olive oil. Cook each naan separately for a few minutes each side, or until golden.
